L'eto Caffe in City Walk, Dubai



I've been seeing L'eto Caffe every time we're strolling around the esplanade in City Walk. There's something about their Parisian inspired decors (which are visible from the al fresco dining area) that's so captivating. Glad that I finally got to see it up close when we were invited to try their offerings a few weekends back.

Lunch at Serendipity 3 in City Walk



I have to admit that I'm totally clueless about the Serendipity 3 restaurant , which is apparently famous in NYC. I also haven't watched the film where the restaurant was featured. Where have I been all these years? Yeah, I sometimes ask myself that too. :p

Dubai is everything but ordinary—the buildings, the scenery, and even the restaurants—each has its own way of deviating from the mainstream. And when it comes to restaurants, is there any better way to stand out than featuring molecular gastronomy?

Molecular gastronomy is where science meets food. It has been on for years, but admittedly, I don't think I'd ever been to a restaurant which offers such. Well, there may be some which offers one or two dishes, but none which incorporates molecular gastronomy to almost every dish in their menu.
