When it comes to lifestyle changes, most of the focus is on how you can change so you can live a better life. The fact of the matter is, however, that you won’t always be here, and just as you can make lifestyle changes to better your health, so too can you make changes to provide for your family after you are gone.
The sooner you start, the more protected they can be. This is important once you are married and it is even more critical as soon as you have children of your own, so once you have reached these milestones it is important to make these changes:

I don't usually frequent this side of Dubai, Dubai Festival City, that is; since it's far from my place (I live in Burjuman area). But for the past couple of months, you would most likely spot me in Dubai Festival City Mall every Friday. That is because I go to the gym with Mark at DFC Mall on Fridays. :p

I've always been in charge of our meal preps. From planning and grocery shopping, to cooking and packing—I do them all every single day. Yup, even on weekends.
Indian food, let alone Indian street food, tend to be too oily; at least that's what I observed. So as much as Mark and I enjoy having Indian food, it's not always our go-to cuisine if we're trying to eat healthy. And admittedly, though I was very eager to try Roti Rollers for our Saturday cheat meal, I was also hesitant since I knew Mark wasn't up for it.
