Having been in the fitness industry for more than 10 years now, and being a bodybuilder myself, I can clearly say that apart from working out and proper dieting, right supplementation also plays a key role in achieving your fitness goals.
I'd usually go with my daily meals which are protein-rich and low-carb, and then take pre-workout drinks or pop in some protein shakes post-workout. I'd go for a cheat meal once a week, but would only eat mostly grilled meat or fish, or steaks. Admittedly, though, this type of routine sometimes tend to be boring, especially on days when your palates crave something different.

Good thing there are protein pancakes, I can stir away from just drinking my proteins. Scitec Nutrition Protein Pancake is high in protein and low in carbs, letting me satisfy my cravings without all the guilt!
It's easy to prepare—just add water or skimmed milk to the protein powder to make it into a batter, then pop it in a non-stick pan, as you would cook a usual pancake. You can also top it with your favorite fruit and sugar-free syrup. With just a couple of minutes, you're all set to enjoy a protein-rich, low-carb, and guilt free pleasure! Plus, it tastes good, too!
I tried the choco banana flavor and topped it with banana slices. It was delicious. I'd probably add some dark cocoa powder and top it with peanut butter when I'm no longer on a strict diet. Oh I can't wait!
