How to Build Muscle Fast

We've had a lot of fried food over the past holidays and weekends so we decided to have grilled food for a change. I wanted grilled pork, I believe my mom wanted grilled fish, while Gia wanted grilled squid. And since my dad is the type who would always give us what we want, he granted all of our cravings! :D

So here are what we had for lunch last Sunday. Watch out for the recipes, I will be posting them soon! :)
